A Grade Pyrite Sphere

This is one of the most gorgeous things I have ever seen. Pyrite is such a beautiful crystal at the best of times but this sphere is something else.

The size of a golf ball it fits nicely into the palm of my hand and boy does it sparkle. So much character in such a wee parcel. Comes with the clear plastic stand it is sitting on. I chose this really plain stand because I didn’t want anything to detract from the beauty and the shine this sphere gives off.

Pyrite otherwise known as fools gold was often mistaken by novice prospectors for the real thing. It is derived from the Greek for “firestone” because it was believed it held fire in its core. It comes from all over the world but the best pieces come from Italy, Spain or Peru. This little beauty if from Peru.

Pyrite blocks out negative energy and pollutants at all levels, preventing energy leakages from the physical body and aura. It creates a positive outlook and just from looking at it it is not hard to see why.
