This website is operated by Gypsy Moon. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gypsy Moon. Gypsy Moon offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Refunds & Returns
Please choose your items carefully. Gypsy Moon is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about an item, however in regards to the crystals, excluding clearance items, we will honour a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive your crystal and you find you do not connect with it for some reason send it back to us and we will give you a full refund for that item. The item must be returned in the same condition as it left us. All you will need to do is pay for the shipping. Please ensure that there is a trackable method of shipping for returns.
Clearance Items: If an item is placed in the clearance category, that piece will not be eligible for return or replacement. Please note: All crystals will have descriptions attached to them. If the crystal has a defect it will be clearly highlighted in the description. You will not be able to get a refund for this defect. Please ensure you read all descriptions properly.
Photographs will be taken of each item before and during the packing process so that you, and we, can see that the item gets shipped out to you in perfect condition. If, once it arrives to you the item has been damaged in anyway, on request from you we will send you the photos to take to your local post shop to claim compensation from them. You will have 7 days from the date you receive the package to request these photos. After 7 days the photos will be deleted.
Please read each listing regarding the description of the item carefully. The photograph will not always be an exact indication of the size of the piece. Each piece will have a weight and full measurements as part of the description. Please note that weights are in grams and measurements are in cms. Always pick up a ruler and check that the measurement size is what you are expecting. There is nothing worse than receiving something with the realization that you did not figure out sizing correctly. I have done this many times myself, and I know exactly how disappointing it is to receive something that appears larger than it is. This excludes all jewellery which will have only the weight and length of each piece. All rings will have the inner dimensions documented. Please check your ring sizing carefully. There is a ring conversion chart on the site that you can access if needed.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Local Pick Up:
If you live on the Gold Coast or are coming to the Gold Coast and would prefer to pick up your item in person then please choose “pick up” at checkout and you will not be charged a delivery fee. A text will be sent to you to advise you when your order is ready. Pick up will be available between the hours of 10 and 4 Monday to Saturday or by appointment if these times are unsuitable for you. Please call or send an email to arrange a suitable alternative time. Gypsy Moon will not do drop offs to you at any time.
All shipping will be done through Australia Post at a flat rate according to the weight of the item/s. Shipping will include a fee for signature on delivery. This will ensure to you and us that your parcel will not go missing. If there is no one home during the day to sign for your delivery you will need to collect it from your local post office at their specified time. Fragile items will be packaged with the highest priority of them arriving in the same condition they left. The package will be clearly marked as fragile and once again photos will be taken and supplied to you if necessary to make a claim from Australia Post if they do not reach you in perfect order.
All overseas orders will be sent at a cost to the customer. The cheapest option for shipping overseas is economy air. Please be aware that economy air cannot be tracked or traced so if you choose this option it is a risk you will have to take. Gypsy Moon will not be liable for any parcel that goes missing by this means of shipping. You will be able to add a track and trace element to your economy air at an extra cost of $7.95. The cost of the parcel will depend on the weight.

Within Australia if you want your order to arrive before Christmas please have your order placed by midnight on the 16th December. Any orders placed after this time frame cannot be guaranteed to arrive on time, leaving someone very disappointed without a gift on Christmas day. We cannot be having that. All overseas orders must be in before midnight on the 8th of December. We will be closed for two weeks over the Christmas period so if you are late getting your order in, you may not receive it until the second week of January. If your item is to be something that is handcrafted by Gypsy Moon your order cut off date will be November 30th. I will need to be allowed time to create the piece, and then get it sent so the early bird will get the worm in this case.
Payments can be made through PayPal, bank deposit, Credit Card, or Afterpay.
If paying directly from your bank account your transaction may take up to 10 business days to clear. Items will not be shipped out until the payment has cleared and in our account. We suggest you use PayPal which is a safe and easy way to make payments worldwide. It is free of charge to you to use and very easy to set up.
We accept all major credit cards at checkout.
When using the Afterpay system you must abide by all rules and regulations set out by Afterpay, which you can view here https://www.afterpay.com/en-AU/terms-of-service
If you miss a payment and Gypsy Moon has to refund money to Afterpay we will actively pursue you for the full payment and/or the item concerned. This will be done at a cost to you.
The information gathered by us to provide our service to you will never be shared with any third parties.
Any financial information gathered by Gypsy Moon will be done so with the highest confidentiality and is never stored or transmitted on our website or servers. They are submitted securely through our payment gateways and processed through these so that we cannot keep records of credit card numbers or bank account details.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Please choose carefully when purchasing handmade items. They are one of a kind pieces and not mass produced. No two will ever be the same. They may not be perfect to the eye, but I will try my best to make them as perfect as possible. One day when I am rich and famous this will add to the value of each piece and will be the way to tell them from fake works. For the Mandalas I will give you two paint color choices, a main and a secondary. If there is a particular color or shape you hate as much as I hate cauliflower, then you need to let me know. I make these pieces up as I go along. The colours and pattern come alive as I am doing the mandala, so if you don’t like green, I won’t use it.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of your ordered item. If it is going to be longer I will let you know as soon as possible. I am a firm believer of clear and open communication. Remember I am just one person and you may not necessarily be first in the queue, but I will do everything I can to ensure it is delivered in a timely fashion.
For the tree of life pendants that are made from craft wire instead of sterling silver: These will come to you very shiny to start with, but they will discolour over time. You need to liken it to an actual tree. They start off small and beautiful when they first begin to grow but with time and the earths elements they soon become beaten and weathered. However as with live trees they are strong and powerful and stay firmly rooted to the earth. The weathered look gives them character.
