About the Author: Sam Rook is an artist, designer, and illustrator located in Providence, Rhode Island. Born and raised in New Jersey, Sam grew up with a love of art and creating things with her hands.
Sam was gifted her first tarot deck when she was fifteen, and her journey as a witch grew from there. Her artwork became interwoven with her spirituality. As she got older, she received a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, but always felt called back to more free forms of artwork.
Now Sam specialises in tarot deck creation and occult-inspired artwork. She has created five tarot decks and holds workshops on modern tarot art and interpretations.
